CFO
Local credit union is looking for CFO to take a lead role in the development of the business plan regarding budget and forecasting strategic objectives of the organization. This candidate will help to assess, determine, and implement a plan of action for organizing and restructuring duties of general and member accounting and finance, examine ways to streamline and assess operations to reduce expenses and gain greater efficiency company-wide and manage various projects related to the Accounting/Finance/Asset Liability/Budget areas.

CFO
Established private company seeking a CFO to partner with CEO, COO and other key executives of the company. CFO will be responsible for the accounting and finance departments, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Ability to establish financial and operating strategies, institute benchmarks and best practices, design and monitor policies and procedures, develop succession plans, contract review and negotiation. Must develop and maintain excellent relationships with vendors, clients, banking institutions and lenders, and auditors. Previous experience with software migration helpful.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, CPA or MBA highly preferred. 15+ years progressive accounting experience including 5+ years prior experience at the senior level (VPF/CFO).

Controller - Construction
Major strip casino seeks Controller for the Construction Accounting dept. Will be responsible for all accounting functions related to the construction/development projects. Coordinate loan funding of projects, coordinate closing of projects to fixed assts, process subcontractor pay applications, ensure proper coding of payments.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, CPA or MBA a plus. Complete understanding of intercompany relationships, financial stmts, and construction accounting. Timberline and Infinium experience very helpful.

Big 4 CPA firm seeks experienced Tax Manager for their firm. Must have experience with complex multi-state and corporate tax returns, working knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48, in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and ability to research issues.
