Leo Bletnitsky is the CEO of LBA Networking, Inc. dba Desktop Valet, a Las Vegas-based computer services company that specializes in serving small and medium sized businesses, and improving efficiency and profitability of medical practices. Desktop Valet provides out-sourced IT services. Bletnitsky founded Desktop Valet in 1996 in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved the company to Las Vegas in 2005. Leo Bletnitsky has been in the information technology field for over 14 years and has held numerous positions in IT and Security management as well as hands on implementation. Leo has a diverse background and range of skills and interests including expertise in computer networking and security, fluency in the Russian Language, 8 years with the US Coast Guard Reserves involved in Search & Rescue and Law Enforcement activities, membership on a Sheriff's Department Scuba Diving/Recovery Team, as well as completion of a FBI Citizen's Academy and a Reserve Police Academy.
He holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California at San Diego and a Graduate Certificate in National Security from the University of New Haven.
