Guerin Senter is the President of Firebird Financial - a firm that specializes in 'outsourced back-office' for accounting. Firebird Financial was founded on the premise that accurate and timely accounting information should be available to all companies - not just large corporations. The 'Virtual Back Office' is a tool which allows business owners and management to run their company from anywhere in the world.

Firebird provides two primary products:

The Virtual Back Office. The Virtual Back Office allows growing organizations to leverage their financial resources off of Firebird's accounting infrastructure such that they can obtain a predictable and accurate accounting product a cost less than retaining accounting talent on an individual basis. Firebird Financial acts as your accounting department handling the following functions for you: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial close, customer service, issuance of financial statements, business intelligence guidance and CFO.

Financial Records Clean-Up. There are many reasons to clean-up the accounting records and prepare accurate financial statements. A few examples are: preparing for capital raise, preparation of tax return, private equity infusion, sale of a business, preparation for a financial statement audit or an insurance bond renewal. Firebird Financial has the skill and sense of urgency to accomplish this goal of reconciling your accounts in a timely fashion.

Prior to founding Firebird Financial, Guerin served as the Chief Financial Officer for the 6th fastest growing privately held company in America (inc., 2005), a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") for both Arthur Andersen and a large local firm (in Los Angeles) and various private industry responsibilities. Guerin is a licensed CPA in both Nevada and California.

Guerin earned his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2003 and his Bachelor of Science: Accounting from the California State University at Northridge in 1997. He and his wife Tina welcomed their daughter, Olivia, into the world in June 2008.
