Firebird Financial will maintain the accounting records and processes while ensuring the Monthly Operating Reports are accurately prepared for the courts. Prior to founding Firebird Financial, Guerin served as the Chief Financial Officer for the 6th fastest growing privately held company in America (inc., 2005), a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") for both Arthur Andersen and a large local firm (in Los Angeles) and various private industry responsibilities. Guerin is a licensed CPA in both Nevada and California.

Guerin earned his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2003 and his Bachelor of Science: Accounting from the California State University at Northridge in 1997. He and his wife Tina welcomed their daughter, Olivia, into the world in June 2008.
