Garcia of the Investment Counsel Company Recognized as Top Advisor

Randy Garcia, CEO of the Investment Counsel Company, was one of the invited speakers at Barron's Winner's Circle "Top Independent Advisors Summit" in May 2009. The summit was an elite gathering of the nation's pre-eminent independent advisors. The "Top 100 Independent Advisors" were there to lead the event's sessions. Garcia was part of a panel of advisors on "Uncovering Opportunities in Today's Bond Market." The summit brought together the best in the financial advising field.
